The location was excellent for visiting the main centre of Toulouse and was about a 10 minute walk from the main railway station. The airport shuttle also had a stop about 150m from the hotel. The hotel itself was fine for our 4 night stay. The rooms are pretty tight on space but we’re clean and the beds reasonably comfortable ( although mine had an annoying creak in the base when I moved around). The bathrooms seemed to have been recently refurbished and ours was a good size with a decent shower. We had a 7th floor room on the back and considering we were on a main thoroughfare it was quiet at night except for one night there was some shouting at 4am out on the street. Our friend’s room on the 2nd floor was on the front and said that despite being close to the pub next door there was little noise and he slept well. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked like it was pretty good value for money.

This is a very basic and simple hotel. It's very essential and has all you need to survive and gives you perfect excuse to get out and enjoy Toulouse and its surroundings but what's great is that the staff was excellent! The receptionist that welcomed me went beyond her effort to make me feel comfortable! She definitely belonged to an era where hotel hospitality is not just a "business" but an actual human service with compassion and kindness. I've not met a kinder staff in the last 10yrs or so of my travelling! Thank you and I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and proper, stayed there the during the night of the semi-finals with France playing, and despite the sportsbar being nearby and the streets generally being full of screaming people, the windows did an excellent job at isolating the noise, I was shocked! No complains on the room size, I’m used to French hotel standards and can say it’s not that bad, my mum and I were content! Big bonus points to the receptionist who were kind enough to keep some medicine in their fridge considering there were no fridge in our room.

The o my issue is that two big spotlight looking lights where pointed at our window we had a 1st floor room and on the outside our room the sign of the Hotel was lit at night. Two big lights were pointed at the sign which was right outside our window. The room had blackout curtains but still you could see the light seeping through

Good location less tgan 20 mins walk from station, and similar to get into the centre. Lots of eating and drinking pkaces nearby. Reception very kindly printed our boarding passes. Room overlooked tge main street but glazing was pretty effective so room was quiet
